- Digital IMALAG is not responsible for data loss caused by failure to maintain adequate backups.
Digital IMALAG is not liable for loss of data caused by hardware failure, hosting expiration, accidental deletion, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or user negligence.
9. Data Retention Policy
We retain your personal information and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service to you.
- Active Accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus a period of 30 days after termination to allow for data export.
- Deleted Data: Data that you delete from the Service may be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.
- Backup Retention: Deleted data may persist in backup systems for up to 90 days before being fully purged.
- Legal Holds: We may retain data longer if required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request.
Upon termination of your account, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may permanently delete all data associated with your account.
